Olufisola is a career professional in the financial services sector with over 20 years of work experience covering General Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Operations, Business Development, Securities Registration and Capital Issues within the Nigerian Capital Market. The core of her work experience is in share registration and securities administration.<\/p>

Prior to her appointment as the Managing Director of DATAMAX Registrars, she had successfully managed two of the top five share registration companies in the industry. \u00a0She is a former Managing Director of Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions Limited (GRDS) and preceding this, she was the Registrar at Coronation Registrars Ltd (formerly United Securities Ltd).<\/p>

Outside of her core, she veered into the manufacturing and construction sectors at Executive Management level as an Executive Director at LV Foods and Beverages Ltd, an FMCG company and in a diversified infrastructure and construction services company.<\/p>

Olufisola is a graduate of Accounting and Finance, a Fellow of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR) and an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
