Managing Director
Olufisola is a career professional in the financial services sector with over 20 years of work experience covering General Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Operations, Business Development, Securities Registration and Capital Issues within the Nigerian Capital Market. The core of her work experience is in share registration and securities administration.
Prior to her appointment as the Managing Director of DATAMAX Registrars, she had successfully managed two of the top five share registration companies in the industry. She is a former Managing Director of Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions Limited (GRDS) and preceding this, she was the Registrar at Coronation Registrars Ltd (formerly United Securities Ltd).
Outside of her core, she veered into the manufacturing and construction sectors at Executive Management level as an Executive Director at LV Foods and Beverages Ltd, an FMCG company and in a diversified infrastructure and construction services company.
Olufisola is a graduate of Accounting and Finance, a Fellow of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR) and an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.
Shola Michael
Head, System & Controls Unit
Shola Michael is the Head, Systems & Control unit of DataMax Registrars Limited with over ten (10) Years’ experience in Compliance and Share Registration Services. Shola obtained his BSC(Ed.) Mathematics from the Prestigious University of Ilorin, Kwara State and Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Lagos State University, Lagos State, followed by MBA in Finance from Ladoke Akintola University in Ogbomosho, Oyo State.
Shola is a Certified Fellow of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals (AERMP), Certified Member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR) and a Registered Sponsored individual (Compliance Officer) with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
Peace Ikeoluwa Oladunjoye
Chief Financial Officer
Peace Ikeoluwa Oladunjoye is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN). She is an alumnus of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, Ondo State with a degree in Banking and Finance and has obtained her Master of Business Administration (Executive) degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.
She has acquired about 10 years of professional experience in customer service and finance across sectors in Nigeria ranging from telecommunications, real estate and the capital market.
Peace currently occupies the position of Chief Financial Officer at DataMax Registrars Limited and has sound knowledge of financial operations, corporate reporting, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, treasury and investment banking. This is demonstrated in her ability to solve complex issues relating to the financials of the company, investments and liaison with regulatory organizations.
Ejiroghene Otah
Head, Register Management Unit
Ejiroghene Otah currently heads the Register Management Unit of DataMax Registrars Limited.
She holds a degree in Economics and Statistics from the prestigious University of Benin and she is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management as well as a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
